Into the oven!

On one of our walks home, some of the women graduate students walked with us, we found out their idea of a "shortcut" was a "longcut" to buy some bread. Here is the bakery, on the left.

Of course Kathy wanted a closer look! Into the oven! The bread is baked like this on the side. The bakers were kind enough to let me in here!

Lavosh is one of the most common breads serve\ed with most meals here.

Here is our friend...she shared the bread on our way home. What a great photo, right?!
